Information on Eczema - Dealing With Child’s Eczema
JS: There's no harm in eliminating wheat for a month or so to see if you notice any difference. Don't give her any wheat and any dairy, and introduce the raw foods and see what happens. Keep a note because different foods have different effects on different people. And get her to eat only organic, fresh fruit for breakfast, and for lunch or dinner, ensure that she's eating half her meals raw.
S: For lunch, we just give her rice and sometimes some mashed vegetable like spinach, broccoli and--
JS: Excellent. Is it steamed or cooked vegetables?
S: It's boiled.
JS: This is what I want you to do: Next time you're going to give her some vegetables, steam half of it and give her the rest raw. Mix it up so she doesn't know the difference. And then over time, give it to her all raw, the vegetables.
S: That's fine. Thanks a lot.
JS: Thank you. Anybody else has any more questions?
K: Yes, Janet. Janet, I'm from South Africa. Tell me what you have to say about allergies, because that's what's my child's been diagnosed.
JS: Yes, it's because her immune system is very weak. And what we need to do is strengthen her immune system, get rid of all the toxins in her body and strengthen her immune system. And if you follow the things I've said earlier, that will help her to strengthen her immune system. Once you have a strong immune system, it will eliminate almost 99 percent of all diseases from your body. It's because your body is weak and it's overwhelmed with toxins, so it can't do its work. If she has a powerful immune system, she will not have any allergies, and she will not suffer from eczema.
K: Could it be also a psychological problem originally?
JS: Yes. The way you feel and the way you think does affect your body because it creates chemicals in your system. If you're constantly worried, constantly stressed, you're creating certain chemicals which are overwhelming your body.
